We use an international position evaluation system as the basis of our Compensation and Benefits Policy. This allows us to evaluate each position based on the job description and independent from the employee, and we determine our salary policy based on position classes.
By participating in total remuneration surveys along with many other companies, we are able to monitor and review industry based total compensation packages.
In addition to position class and salary market data, we also take into consideration individual performance and economic indicators to finalize our salary adjustment review.
We also support our employees with additional benefits that complete the total income package.
